Network application updates - 8.0.28

After a long period of testing of version 8 of the network application we have approved 8.0.28 for public release.

Ubiquiti have taken some big steps with their upgrade to version 8, so we took our time to test it out.

We are now rolling 8.0.28 to all our network servers so many will see version 8 for the first time.
