Unifi backup concerns

Ubiquiti reported an issue with Unifi backups last week.

Clouduni.fi want to confirm these issues do not impact backups of our controllers as we do not rely on Ubiquiti for our cloud backups?

Clouduni.fi store 14 days of backups on our controller, and 30 days of backups on separate AWS servers, with another replicated copy of the 30 days backups on Digitalocean.

Clouduni.fi test backups every 10 days to ensure they can be restored without any issue.

Ongoing monitoring and management is what sets as apart from other cloud hosts.

All dedicated hosting customers have the ability to download backups from our controllers themselves and we recommend you do so.

Shared hosting customers can request a copy of their site export via our support team.
